RETURN POLICY
We have a store credit only return policy. After receiving your item, you have 10 days to request a return for store credit.
In order to complete a return, your item must be, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact info.xobyhannah@gmail.com. If your return is approved, a return shipping label will be sent to you, as well as instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted and there will be no store credit issued.
Damages
After receiving your order, please check all items for damages. If you notice a damaged product, please email info.xobyhannah@gmail.com.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for store credit, such as jewelry, special orders or personalized items. All sale items and gift cards are final sale and will NOT be available for a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges will not occur until the original item is received.
Refunds
You will be notified once your return is received and inspected, and if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive an email regarding your available store credit.
