SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 2-5 business days for all orders to be processed. After your order has been processed, it will be packaged and shipped. Delivery times are not guaranteed, however please allow 5-7 business days for all orders.
Please double check your shipping address, if we need to ship the package a second time you will be charged to ship to the correct address.
Orders will be shipped out of College Station, Texas. Please allow 3 business days before emailing if you have not received shipping information.
If your package is lost in transit please email us at info.xobyhannah@gmail.com so a claim can be filed for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items. If they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.
**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
